NEW SOUTH WALES – Industries bodies WoolProducers Australia and Sheep Producers Australia have come together to launch the country’s first sustainability framework.
The Australian Sheep Sustainability Framework (SSF) has been finalised after a year of close consultation with industry stakeholders and the broader community.
It sets out measures across four areas: caring for our sheep; enhancing the environment and climate; looking after our people, our customers and the community; and ensuring a financially resilient industry.
