Journalists working for the Myanmar Labour News (MLN) website - which reports on conditions from inside the country's factories - recently revealed that reports of worker abuses had almost tripled in a year.
In its annual report, MLN said it had reported on a total of 455 cases of alleged worker abuses in 2023, compared to the 164 cases recorded in its first annual report a year ago.
