The report, entitled ‘Tailoring Responsibility: Tracing Apparel Supply Chains from the Uyghur Region to Europe’, involved researchers at Sheffield Hallam University's Helena Kennedy Centre, the Uyghur Rights Monitor and Uyghur Center for Democracy and Human Rights.
