BRUSSELS - The Clean Clothes Campaign (CCC), which works for better pay and conditions for the world's garment workers, has linked up with eight other NGOs to publish a new guide to the European Union's (EU) Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD).
It focuses on how the legislation, which will make companies responsible for environmental and human rights impacts in their global supply chains, could be improved as it is adopted into the national law of EU member states.
