BERGAMO - Textile manufacturer Beste is to install a new ring spinning system from Swiss textile machinery giant Rieter, part of its project to help return organic cotton processing to Italy.
The contract will see the installation of the latest Rieter system in Beste’s new €8 million ($8.7m) spinning plant in Bergamo. Geared towards processing fine counts, the fully electronic, G38 ring spinning machine will be complemented by both a fibre preparation system and the latest winding equipment.
