BEIJING - Fashion company PVH, which owns brands including Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, is under investigation by China's Commerce Ministry over its policies on Xinjiang cotton.
PVH has been told to provide documentation and evidence within 30 days detailing any "discriminatory measures" taken regarding Xinjiang products over the past three years.
