BRUSSELS - The European Commission (EC) and the Consumer Protection Cooperation (CPC) Network have issued a warning to Shein rival Temu, citing several breaches of EU consumer law, following calls for stricter regulations on online marketplaces last year.
Temu, a Chinese online marketplace which specialises in ultra fast fashion and other low cost consumer goods, now has one month to propose solutions to address the issues the EU say may mislead consumers or unduly influence their purchasing decisions.
