BRUSSELS - A new initiative has been launched to develop skills in the European textile industry to increase its competitiveness and sustainability.
The TCLF Skillbridge programme is backed by trade bodies Euratex, COTANCE (Confederation of National Associations of Tanners and Dressers of the European Community) and CEC (European Footwear Confederation).
