LONDON - The chairman of the UK's influential Business and Trade Committee this afternoon accused ultra fast fashion giant Shein of behaviour "bordering on contempt" in refusing to give evidence.
Yinan Zhu, Shein’s general counsel for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), was among a number of industry figures summoned to give evidence to the committee's inquiry into how the UK’s flagship employment rights bill will impact the rights of workers.
