LONDON – Unlike their counterparts in Brussels, UK chemical regulators appear to have parked their concerns about skin sensitisers in textiles and other consumer goods – for now at least.

This decision is revealed in UK REACH's latest priority list of proposals for chemical restrictions, which instead takes aim at PFAS, formaldehyde exposure, flame retardants, and microplastics.
