SHREWSBURY - Ethical fashion group Refined Brands, which owns Celtic & Co and Frugi, has acquired Shropshire brand Turtle Doves, which specialises in recycled cashmere.
Turtle Doves was founded in 2009 by Kate and Graham Holbrook, and uses post-consumer textile waste to create upcycled new garments and accessories.
