BERLIN - Online retailer Zalando is launching a four-week pilot project to test reusable packaging for the delivery of customer orders.
Orders will be shipped in reusable shipping bags to 10,000 customers in Finland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
Zalando aims to use the same packaging repeatedly for shipping and returns in a bid to reduce both waste and CO2 emissions.
