MILAN – European Union (EU) funded initiatives continue to advance the development of sustainable circular textile supply chains in Europe, but face challenges related to performance, end-of-life processing, pricing, market differentiation, and scalability.
Participants at this year’s Ecosystex conference in Milan focused on the development and benefits of next-gen bio-based materials and addressed the importance of collaborative research as well as new and upcoming policies.
