AMSTERDAM - The Organic Cotton Accelerator (OCA) is urging industry leaders, businesses and stakeholders from across the fashion and textile industry to take decisive action in supporting farmers transitioning to organic cotton.
Highlighting a supply shortfall of organic cotton to meet growing demand, the OCA has joined forces with the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) on a new campaign aimed at highlighting the critical need to bolster the supply of organic fibres by supporting growers during the shift from conventional to organic farming.
