JYVÄSKYLÄ - Finnish textile fibre innovator Spinnova and Suzano have signed a letter of intent (LOI) regarding a potential new production facility for wood-based Spinnova fibre that will be owned and operated by the Brazil-based pulp giant.
The preliminary target capacity of the facility is 20,000 tonnes of fibre per year with the location likely to be near one of Suzano’s existing pulp mills.
