AMSTERDAM / SAN FRANCISCO – The Dutch-based Social & Labor Convergence Program (SLCP) has completed its planned spin-off from the Sustainable Apparel Coalition (SAC) to become an independent non-profit.
However, the two organisations say they will continue to work together. The SAC launched the SLCP in 2015 to reduce audit fatigue and improve working conditions in the apparel industry.
