DUBAI — Most global fashion brands are still not on track to meet the 1.5C pathway of the Paris Agreement, according to new analysis from the Stand.earth environmental group.
Stand.earth assessed 14 major brands which signed up to the UN Fashion Charter for Climate Action at COP26 in Glasgow where they committed to halving their emissions by 2030, against a 2018 baseline, or setting an equivalent target with the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi).
