MEMPHIS – The US Cotton Trust Protocol has announced an increase of 25% in the total area of planted cotton acres enrolled for current crop year, compared to 2022.
Following four years of continuous expansion, the total of 1.6 million acres now represents the organisation's greatest acreage to date and accounts for 16% of all planted US cotton acres in 2023.
