LOS ANGELES - Criminal investigators in California say they have made the state's first ever arrests for wage theft in the garment manufacturing industry.
Lawrence Lee, co-owner of garment manufacturer business Parbe Inc, and garment contractor Soon Ae Park have been arraigned on felony charges of grand theft of wages and perjury.
