LONDON - Prioritising sustainable and ethical practices could help the British fashion industry recover from the impacts of Brexit and COVID-19, according to a new report.
It is one of five key recommendations in the report, jointly published by the Business of Fashion, Textiles and Technology (BFTT) at the University of the Arts London and the University of Leeds' Future Fashion Factory (FFF).
The other four key recommendations are to reduce the cost and complexity of trade post-Brexit; grow capacity and competency; build resilience post-COVID-19; and drive digital innovation.
