LONDON – Fashion brand Tommy Hilfiger, of PVH Corp, has partnered with recommerce platform My Wardrobe HQ to trial a rental service across the UK.
Launched for an initial six months, the service will cater to women who can rent clothing, footwear and accessories for a limited period. The company noted that this would provide an “invaluable learning opportunity” which could influence its future strategies.
Esther Verburg, executive vice president of sustainable business and innovation at Tommy Hilfiger Global and PVH Europe, said: “We know and believe that the future of fashion is circular, and our partnership with My Wardrobe HQ is another meaningful step in exploring circular business models.”
