STOCKHOLM – The H&M Foundation is inviting applications for the latest edition of its Global Change Award which seeks to uncover early-stage innovations aimed at reducing the impact of the fashion industry.
The five winners will share a €1 million (US$1.2m) grant for the 2022 award which will focus on innovations to address the earth’s 'global commons' - land, water, oceans, climate and biodiversity.
Previously, the Global Change Award - which skipped a year in 2020 because of the pandemic - focused on groundbreaking ideas to increase circularity in the fashion industry.
