MANCHESTER – The auditor of fast fashion brand Boohoo is to resign following the results of a recent inquiry which unearthed “failings” by the brand to identify and snuff out instances of illegal pay and poor working conditions.
PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), has been Boohoo’s auditor since 2014 before the company went public, but is now cutting ties with the company following the findings of senior lawyer Alison Levitt’s independent investigation.
