LONDON – ASOS Marketplace, an arm of the fashion retailer’s which platforms small independent businesses, has announced the on-boarding of five charities which will look to capitalise on growing consumer appetite for second-hand garments.
Joining the marketplace are Cancer Research UK and Royal Trinity Hospice, while Oxfam’s Festival Shop, Save the Children and British Red Cross return once more.
Daniel Holloway, director of retail at Royal Trinity Hospice, said: “All of our shops are in London so we’re especially excited to meet new customers who might not have visited us before.”
