LEIDEN - Swedish homeware giant IKEA is to open its first secondhand store later this year as part of the company's bid to be fully circular by the year 2030.
The store, a test project which will be closely monitored, will open in ReTuna, the world's first secondhand shopping centre, in the Swedish town of Eskilstuna.
It will be stocked with furniture and home furnishings from a nearby IKEA store that have been damaged in transit or storage and repaired.
