BERLIN – The Free Democratic Party (FDP) has launched a bid to scrap Germany’s Supply Chain Act, arguing it has created a “bureaucratic jungle instead of transparent supply chains”.
The bill, introduced to the German Parliament last week, calls for the immediate repeal of the legislation, which came into force on 1st January 2023.
