MUNICH – After debuting the product at last week’s A+A trade show in Düsseldorf, Sympatex has shifted across Germany to showcase its new circular jacket concept at the Performance Days event in Munich.
Sympatex partnered with Schoeller Textil, Glaeser Nachfolger, Märkische Faser and DutchSpirit to leverage best-in-class solutions in recycling, garment manufacture and end-of-life upcycling to create the garment which complies with the principles of a circular economy.
Ecotextile News spoke with Sympatex CEO, Ruediger Fox, to hear more about the project, its ambitions for commercial launch and the first customers to take advantage of the consortium’s capabilities.
