SEATTLE - US department store chain Nordstrom has already surpassed some of its sustainability targets for 2020, according to its latest corporate social responsibility report.
The retailer has achieved a 17.1 per cent decrease in energy intensity since 2014, substantially ahead of its goal of a 15 per cent decrease by 2020.
Nordstrom also reported that it is on track to meet its target of having at least 90 per cent of its energy in deregulated markets from renewable sources by 2020.
