TORONTO - A new toolkit of resources to help fashion brands and retailers source products more sustainably is to be launched next month.
The Sustainable Fashion Resource Toolkit, created by the Fashion Takes Action non-profit organisation and PwC Canada, will be launched at the annual World Ethical Apparel Roundtable (WEAR) event in Toronto on October 7-8.
WEAR attendees will be the first to get a look at the free online platform which features hundreds of "vetted, credible resources from global organisations" — including reports, guidelines, standards, articles, podcasts, case studies and platforms.
