HANOI — A new study undertaken by Anti-Slavery International has explored the labour conditions facing workers in the export-oriented textile and garment industries of Vietnam, alongside the risk of rights violations such as forced labour, child labour and child slavery. 

In order to fully contextualise its findings, the study also reviews frameworks designed to protect labour rights from governmental, corporate and other social initiatives.
