TORONTO – The Ontario Textile Diversion Collaborative (OTDC) – an independent organisation of over 40 stakeholders – is set to host a Symposium on April 11th to address textile waste diversion and recycling.
It will also launch a public awareness campaign at the event, aimed towards combatting textile waste. The advertisements will ask the general public to stop throwing their used textiles in the garbage, and to donate them instead.
