BENTONVILLE – Walmart is in the process of piloting The Sustainability Consortium’s (TSC) Sustainability Measurement and Reporting System (SMRS) with 3,000 suppliers on a range of product categories - including cotton apparel. Nylon, polyester and viscose will be included in the next batch of products, for which the TSC is currently developing a measurement system, to be finalised by February 2013.
