LONDON - The British Fashion Council (BFC) has announced that London will become the first of the four main fashion weeks to ban exotic animal skins from next year's event.

It means that designers staging catwalk shows at the event will have to commit to avoiding the use of skins of animals such as crocodiles, alligators and snakes from their collections.
