SEATTLE - Most large retailers in the US and Canada are failing to protect customers from toxic chemicals and harmful plastics found in their products and packaging, according to a new report.

The report, by the Toxic-Free Future NGO, includes a 'hall of shame' of retailers which earned the lowest grade - E - which includes department store chains Macy's and Nordstrom.
