SOUTH ASIA - A new report from the Asia Floor Wage Alliance (AFWA) highlights the gap between the wages paid to garment workers and how much it costs to meet their basic living needs.
AFWA's 'Path to a Living Wage' report calls for a living wage in the garment sector across eight Asian countries - Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Sri Lanka and Vietnam.
