AMSTERDAM - The Organic Cotton Accelerator (OCA) initiative has launched a 'Decent Work Strategy' to improve working conditions and protection for organic cotton farmers, farm workers and their communities.
Over the next seven years, OCA will work to ensure living wages; eliminate child, bonded and forced labour; improve health and safety; end discriminatory practices; and provide access to social protection and worker representation.
