LONDON - The UK's Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has published a guide to help fashion businesses stay on the right side of consumer law when it comes to making sustainability claims about their products.

It draws on lessons from the CMA's recent investigation into ASOS, Boohoo and George at Asda which ended with the retailers signing formal agreements to use only accurate and clear green claims in future.
