LONDON – Marks & Spencer (M&S) has launched its first clothing repair service.
The UK retail giant will operate the ‘Plan A - Another life’ platform through a partnership with clothing repair and alterations specialist, Sojo, with customers able to book the service across stores, the M&S website or through an app.
