MITCHELL - Australian recycling company Samsara Eco, which works in partnership with athleticwear brand Lululemon, has raised A$100 million ($65m) in its latest funding round.
Samsara Eco, which uses plastic-eating enzymes to recycle apparel waste, said the funds would be used to scale-up its global recycling capabilities as it works to divert millions of tonnes of plastics, including nylon 6,6 and polyester, from landfill and incineration.
