FRANKFURT – Messe Frankfurt has announced the winners of this year’s Techtextil and Texprocess Innovation Awards with several environmentally-friendly technology suppliers named among the recipients.
Included in the 15-strong winners list is a vegan leather made from hemp waste, a sustainable bonding technology for producing fibres in 3D shapes, a company providing organic matter-based textiles as a replacement for synthetic insulation materials, and an artificial intelligence-powered technology for improving textile recycling systems.
