LONDON - The Microfibre Consortium (TMC) has announced a series of organisational changes that will see research director Kelly Sheridan step up to the role of chief executive officer.
At the same time, founding director Sophie Mather will transition from the board to an advisory role, to support the continuity of the topic and the organisation. Coinciding with the consortium’s five year anniversary, the changes came into effect from 1 December and are designed to support the next phase of TMC’s work, which will involve an intensification of research into aspects of fibre fragmentation in the textile industry.
