MUNICH - Organisers of the Performance Days trade show - to be held at the Messe Munich exhbition centre on 4th and 5th October - are pledging the event will highlight progress on fabric sustainability.
They have unveiled their plans for the traditional centrepiece of the event - the Fabric Forum - which will this year have a theme of 'Evolution and Revolution: from Membranes to Carbon'.
It will aim to reflect the work of the previous three shows in helping mills and converters to calculate the carbon footprint of their textiles, whilst acknowledging that the last year has seen a revolution in membrane development away from PFAS substances.
