MILAN - The Sustainable Apparel Coalition (SAC) has announced a new strategic partnership with the Apparel Impact Institute (Aii) at the Planet Textiles sustainability conference.
SAC chief executive officer Amina Razvi and Aii chief impact officer Kurt Kipka took to the stage at the closing of the event, held at the ITMA trade show in Milan, to announce the deal.
The two bodies have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to help accelerate and scale decarbonisation programmes to reduce greenhouse gas emissions across the the textile and apparel industry.
