STOCKHOLM – Traceability solutions provider TrusTrace has linked up with risk intelligence company Kharon to help fashion brands and retailers address forced labour risks in their supply chains.
The aim is to help fashion companies stay onside of new legislation such as the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) in the US and similar laws being developing by the European Union (EU), amongst others.
TrusTrace says it is already supporting several of the world’s largest fashion brands with data collection for UFLPA compliance, and the Kharon partnership will help strengthen processes around risk identification and validation.
