BRIGHTON – British fashion brand Jigsaw has launched a new in-house repair service which will be free to customers for up to year from a purchase.
It’s the latest circular initiative to complement the company’s ‘Jigsaw Forever’ sustainable fashion model, which it launched last year alongside the introduction of rental, resale and swap services.
“With the secondary market growing 11 times faster than the primary, sustainability is undoubtedly going to transform the fashion industry over the next 10 years. Our research tells us our customers value the beauty of our products, often keeping them in their wardrobes for years,” said CEO Beth Butterwick in a statement.
