SINGAPORE - Traceability solutions specialist FibreTrace has launched a new digital platform - free of charge until the end of this year - which it says will map the global textile supply chain from fibre to retail.
Called FibreTrace Mapped, the blockchain-based platform aims to provide transparency in one easy-to-use, globally-accessible platform eliminating the barrier to transparency for producers, manufacturers, brands and retailers.
The new service sits alongside the company's FibreTrace Verified tool which combines blockchain technology with physical traceability via indestructible luminescent pigments embedded in fibres.
