BEIJING - The Institute of Public & Environmental Affairs (IPE) non-profit has released its annual rankings of companies' transparency and supply chain practices in China and their efforts to help mitigate climate change.
For the second year running, Levi's topped IPE's Corporate Information Transparency Index (CITI) supply chain rankings and nine of the top 10 were fashion companies.
After Levi's, the top companies were Zara owner Inditex, Adidas, New Balance, Marks and Spencer, C&A, Nike, VF Corp and Primark. Tech company Cisco (eighth) was the only non-fashion company in the top 10.
