LONDON/MANCHESTER - Campaigners are today staging protests calling for supply chain garment workers to be protected during the insolvency process of fast fashion brand Missguided.
Activists from the Labour Behind the Label initiative are targeting the Manchester headquarters of Missguided and the London offices of both co-owners Alteri Investors and administrators Teneo.
They are calling on all three to act to ensure that all payments to suppliers are made in full so that factories can avoid closure and provide ongoing employment to garment workers.
