SINGAPORE – Fabric manufacturer Säntis Textiles has become a strategic development partner of traceability solutions provider FibreTrace, with the view to creating a unique identification solution for the former’s recycled RCO100 fibres and yarns.
Launched in 2016, RCO100 is produced from pre-consumer industrial waste and post-consumer cotton waste without the need for chemical processing.
“A core part of our growth strategy is developing fibre tracing technology for our one-of-a-kind recycling technology, RCO100, so we’re delighted to be working with FibreTrace who are leaders in this field. This project, alongside many others, is going to help shape the future of textile circular solutions,” commented Säntis’ creative director, Annabelle Hutter.
