HO CHI MINH CITY – Testex, the textile testing and certification institute, has opened an office in Vietnam to meet growing customer demand for its services.
Being on the ground in what is a leading apparel exporting nation, the Swiss firm says it can more quickly service clients keen to execute audits and meet various certification schemes.
“Many major brands and retailers now source in Vietnam, a country which offers excellent quality at reasonable prices. We can therefore expect overall demand for services which allow producers to reach their sustainability and environmental targets to increase,” the company told us.
